D - Death

It has been five years now. Five years since you left me. Yet the pain refuses to diminish, lodged in my heart like a prickling thorn that refuses to come off.

Will I ever be whole again? Will I ever learn to love anyone after you? I gave you a part of me, one that you carried away to your grave.

Death may have taken you away from me, but I shall wait till the end of time for my soul to be reunited with yours once more.

  7. They say you never really get over the pain of losing someone you loved dearly. I understand one has to learn to live with the pain. That's important because you need to reach out and experience other things life has to offer.
